The existing challenge that the client faced was the lack of a Quality Assurance process application, because not all processes that were carried out went through a testing phase.

Because there was a lack of QA processes, the client was having errors in production, therefore, they were stuck in a vicious cycle.
Because of these issues, Getecsa created a QA factory for the client. To implement it, three cells were created: a manual testing cell, a performance testing cell, and an automation cell. Each cell had a leader with a group of testers of different levels.
Firstly, the manual testing cell was established with its respective team, and subsequently, the performance testing cell.
Performance tests were carried out to measure the system’s performance. Before Getecsa’s intervention, there was only an estimate of how many users could support their applications, without having an exact amount. By conducting these tests, the client’s work team was able to identify what to improve, which led to fewer production and performance errors. In Getecsa, we have wide experience implementing performance testing projects and simulations of thousands of concurrent users.
Once the manual and performance testing cells were operating in a controlled manner, the automated cell was created with the same process.
After four months of implementing our solution in 2023, the client’s whole process now goes through Quality Assurance. The area has been constantly enriching itself with personnel, processes, deliverables, etc. Thanks to this, there was a decrease in production errors.
Now, because of Getecsa’s intervention, the client has two testing factories with almost 35 persons each, which grow based on the client’s necessities.
