This leading retail company, faced the issue of a blockage in its database that obstructed their sales channel. When a person tried to make a purchase in the webpage and it took a lot of time to load, the person entered again through the app and tried to carry out the same operation. However, this multiple concurrence of a same user in two channels caused a session collision, which resulted in a blockage for the user. This caused intermittencies in the service and losses in sales conversions for the enterprise.
To fix it, the client wanted to launch performance tests, however, the tool they had for load testing did not allow them to synchronize the users from both web and mobile. This is why they needed the support of a capable team and a tool that allowed them to address the problem.
When the client reached Getecsa, we offered to install the NeoLoad tool, which was capable of solving this issue.
The client required fast tests, with a script construction time of 8 hours. NeoLoad guarantees a scripting that is quick and trustworthy. With this tool it was possible to complete a proof of concept with synchronized users in both channels in 3 days. The issue was replicated, and the IT team was able to implement an effective solution.

We are still working with the client, carrying out more than 20 annual tests of blockage flows and 30 annual tests regular flows. As well as a construction of 12 scripts of both web and mobile in less than 8 hours in each regression. Also, we carry out simulations up until 50k Virtual Users and tests for Android.
